Your AI FACE
AI is changing the game, maybe even your face?

It seems like each week there is a plethora of change happening in the world, I’m finding it genuinely hard to keep up and perhaps keep sane. Luckily, the Polaris Community has been a totem for reality.
One of the reasons it feels like the pace of life has changed so significantly is the rise of Artificial Intelligence. It is transforming how we live, work, and connect and every other day, it seems like there is a new must have tool that comes out.
From generating creative ideas & managing our calendars to predictive disease indicators & accelerated space exploration, AI has become an indispensable tool in day-to-day life and will continue to play a pivotal role in our evolution. However, it presents many challenges & risks including:
Safety-how do you know what’s real anymore?
Pace-will our knowledge level as a species be surpassed?
Skillset Atrophy-will we continue to learn when everything can just be done for us?
In today’s newsletter, we explore how to leverage AI for personal growth, wellness, and success—while focusing on what it can’t replace.

The Rise of Artificial intelligence in our Daily Lives
The other day I came across a new phrase: AI FACE. Apparently, it’s a term that is being used for cosmetic procedures that are so good at reversing aging that it looks like the face is Artificial intelligence (this was all courtesy of Lindsay Lohan’s recent comeback to Hollywood… nothing she ever does will top Parent Trap though.)
On a more serious note, AI has been an explosion. With over $200 billion spent in AI infrastructure in 2024, we are only at the beginning of this disruption. Case in point: I thought Chat GPT was the future when it came out but what really blew my mind was when I when I saw the demo for operator AI last week:
Personally, I’m curious and excited for the day Operator AI can do my laundry & dishes so that I can do art and writing, not for AI to do my art & writing so that I can do my laundry & dishes…
On a more personal note, I’ve started to use AI a lot more in my day to day, leveraging softwares like:
Chat GPT for ideas, diets, workouts, marathon training, etc.
Opus AI, for everything surrounding content clipping & reels.
Notion AI assistant, which allows me to have all the information I need at my fingertips within my notion boards.
I’m still trying to find new ways to make more use of it, whether in my work, personal life, fitness, etc. There’s a prediction where by 2027 AI will take over most human tasks and actually become smarter than us.
Think about that for a second. Anyone remember the movie Minority Report where criminals are predicted by AI before the crime is committed? Or the movie Her with Joaquin Phoenix?
BUT SKV, if AI will take over the world in almost every facet, what can it NOT replace?
Writing and presentation skills.
Going through old notebooks from the early days of my career, I realized why I could absorb selling concepts, dive deeper into 1:1s, and build strategy. The power of pen and paper, albeit messy, was unmatched. Repeatedly, every day, every meeting, every time.
Writing is a life hack. Once it goes from pen to paper, it's like transferring something from your brain into existence. I forgot about how powerful it is. Now, it's so easy to just type. Even easier 10x to type a prompt. But it's just not the same.
Simultaneously, AI cannot present for you. Sure there are now pre made Avatars that can show up to video meetings for you, or that can present virtually on your behalf with your personal Avatar, yet, when you are in presenting in person, selling in person, or creating a relationship in person, your avatar cannot be your substitute. It’s up to you!
What AI misses:
Authenticity: Great writing reflects personal experiences, struggles, and triumphs that machines simply don’t have.
Nuance: A joke, metaphor, or turn of phrase lands because of cultural and emotional context. AI struggles with this subtlety.
Delivery: In presentations, your tone, body language, and spontaneity connect with an audience in ways that a polished AI script never could.
So What, Who Cares?: Invest heavily into your communication skills. Whether it’s honing your writing or mastering public speaking, these abilities set you apart in a world of machine-generated content. If you pretend and only use AI, in some way shape or form, you will be forced to showcase these skills in real life… once that happens, you will be exposed.

We asked AI to describe this section
Connectivity & Intimacy
The other day I saw a Tesla Robot with Kim Kardashian-it was really eerie. It made me realize that robots, no matter what, will never replace the feelings of human to human interaction. The surge of relief when a friend truly listens. The inside joke that lightens your day based on years and years of friendship. The silent understanding when someone "gets you." The literal feeling of receiving and absorbing warm, beautiful energy from a kindred spirit.
In a more intimate setting, when we’re sexually aroused, the limbic system within the brain is flooded with a surge of neurochemicals – these are the chemical messengers that forge emotions, feelings of attachment and even love. Your overall pleasure depends on the release of these chemicals, which determine the intensity of your sexual climax.
So What, Who Cares?: Prioritize building and nurturing human connections. In a hyper-digital world, true relationships are your most valuable asset especially as you seek to build your tribe and business. Isn’t it crazy that building relationships with humans was never taught in school? Double down and invest in the chemical, emotional and physical relationship. Maybe it will be a required course moving forward…..
Speaking of sex and intimacy, I did a fun podcast/talk about the stigma around sex, leveraging cannabis by Top Selling Brand PROOFLY-topicals, oils and edibles were discussed as a performance & play enhancer in this podcast with Canadian Olympic Snowboarding Gold Medalist & Cannabis Trail Blazer, Ross Rebagliati.
Critical Thinking & Judgement
Late nights as a teen, scrambling to get essays done under a deadline forced you to perform and get it done. Only a couple of years ago, you needed to learn Adobe to edit photos. If you wanted to get fit, you needed to really learn your body and the build your meal plan. Now, in a blink of an eye, it’s easy as pie to do all of those things and a 100 more.
Regardless if AI has the capacity to do everything for you, you will still need the ability to; understand a situation, figure out which ai to use, and deploy it in the best reasonable and moral way to gain an advantage. You’ll also need judgement to decide what’s real & what’s not, which is extremely ominous.
So What, Who Cares? You must continue to mandate critical thinking and force exercises that build these motions, for both yourself and the people you lead. Otherwise you risk extinction. AI is coming for your job, your teams job, maybe even your pets job! Invest in your ability to make judgement calls, quickly & efficiently while also ensuring a focus on skill development complimentary to AI. If your team has flex benefits, highly recommend enrolling them in AI courses.

🧘 Longevity
Using AI for health tips? Seems crazy, but has actually been pretty substantial in my day to day life.
Asking Chat GPT for a marathon training schedule, healthy recipes, or even a workout plan has a ton of immediate benefits.
#1. Start today. No need to do a bunch of research (which you should later) or wait for an expert. Let it get you started.
#2. Hyper Personal. Can be tailored to your exact schedule, habits, weight, height etc.
#3. Cost Effective. Don’t need a personal trainer.
I’ve seen a lot of people try this, and there’s pros and cons. But if you’re still trying to act on your news years resolution this could be an aid.
What’s one use case you’ve leveraged GPT for as it relates to Longevity?
